Paul Wojciak came to the Firm in the summer of 2022 with over 20 years of civil litigation experience. He represents people who have been injured as a result of automobile accidents, slip and falls, product liability, and a wide variety of other kinds of cases where people have suffered injuries.
Paul is licensed to practice in the state courts of Minnesota and Wisconsin, the federal courts in Minnesota, and the federal court of the Western District of Wisconsin.
Paul had been recognized as a “Rising Star” for many years by Minnesota Law and Politics. This honor is given to only about 2.5 percent of Minnesota attorneys under 40 years old or in practice for 10 years or less.
When Paul is not working, he enjoys curling, playing volleyball, spending time with friends and family, and taking his yellow lab for hikes throughout the Duluth area. He is a past board member of the Duluth Playhouse.
