Bob Falsani and Jim Balmer each received favorable decisions from the Minnesota Court of Appeals yesterday.

Bob Falsani’s appeal from a district court grant of summary judgment on a premises liability case involved the open and obvious analysis. The Minnesota Court of Appeals reversed and remanded.

Jim Balmer and Wil Fluegel, a Minneapolis attorney, received a published decision from the Minnesota Court of Appeals from a district court grant of summary judgment on primary assumption of risk issues. This case was also reversed and remanded.
